Established in 1935 by an enterprising Chiang and his wife from Shanghai, China, CYC Shanghai Shirt Co. was the first to offer custom-tailored shirts in Singapore, which marked a key milestone in it’s rich history. CYC represents the initials of the founder, Chiang Yick Ching. The Chiangs were fastidious in their workmanship and quality control. Soon, fused collars and fine attention to detail became the trademark of the CYC brand.

Over the years, our commitment to producing bespoke shirts has made us the choice shirtmaker of distinguished statesmen, respected royalty, prominent business leaders and just about every man and woman who recognizes the importance of dressing well. We use only the finest fabrics from Europe and Japan, teamed with excellent workmanship from Asia. Each shirt is crafted to your perfect fit.

Over the years, CYC also built for itself a reputation in the corporate uniform market. It’s clientele includes Raffles Hotel, Swissotel Hotel, Fullerton Hotel, Singapore Airlines, various banks and country clubs. Our flagship store is located at the prestigious Raffles Hotel Arcade. Our 2nd boutique is located at the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, Republic Plaza.
