1. Collar *
  
  
Ensure that the tape measure is placed where the collar normally sits at the lower back of the neck and at the front where it buttons up.
2. Chest *
  
  
Place the tape measure just under the armpits and measure around the largest part of the chest. Do not hold your breath whilst the measurement is being taken.
3. Waist *
  
  
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of the waistline. This should be above the trouser belt line. Do not hold your stomach in.
4. Hip
  
  
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.
5. Wrist
  
  
Measure at the wrist bone (where a watch is usually worn). If you wear a large watch add appropriate allowance (usually ½ inch) for that arm.
6. Sleeves
  
  
Whilst wearing your best fitted shirt, straighten the arm and measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist bone or desired length.
7. SHOULDER
  
  
Measure across the top of the shoulder from one edge to the other. Ensure you take the curved contour over the top of the shoulders.
8. Shirt Length
  
  
measure around the upper (fullest) part of the length desired.
9. Your Height
