How do I order a custom made CYC shirt?
|
| Create an account on the CYC website, select the ‘Create Your Shirt’ link and follow the instructions on how to order a custom-made shirt. You can also visit any one of our 3 retail outlets in Singapore. They are located at Raffles Hotel Arcade, Republic Plaza II and Palais Renaissance. Alternatively, you can call +65 6336 3556 for assistance. |

| Where are CYC's tailored shirts produced? |
| Since being established in 1935, we have custom made all our shirts at our own factory in Singapore. Our elite team of cutters and sewers have all been trained in-house to ensure that our garments are of the highest quality. |

Where are CYC's fabrics imported from?
|
| Besides importing beautiful Egyptian cotton from Italy, our fabric library comprises blends from France, wrinkle-free cotton from Switzerland and Austria as well as silk from China. |

How do I get a feel of the shirt fabrics that I see on your website?
|
Once you have registered for an account you will be able to view our available fabrics and request for fabric swatches to be sent to you by post.
Delivery time for swatches is 3 days within Singapore and between 5-10 working days for international addresses. |

What happens if my CYC shirt does not fit?
|
New clients are advised to tailor one custom-made shirt first to get the perfect fit. Subsequently, CYC is then able to replicate the same fit for additional shirts that you might like to tailor.
Should the shirt not fit well, clients in Singapore can simply return to any of the three CYC stores to get the shirt altered. |

How much does a custom made CYC shirt cost?
|
| CYC custom made shirts start from S$99 for a basic 100% Cotton shirt and go up to S$300 and above for a shirt of 100% sea-island cotton. |

| Does CYC tailor shirts for women? |
| Yes. We are able to taillor standard business shirts as well as shirts with special designs for ladies. You can view a selection of our exclusive ladies shirt designs on our "CYC Collections" page. |

What are the shirt designs in "CYC Collections" all about?
|
Twice a year, our in-house designers create brand new exclusive Men's and Women's shirt collections and these are featured on our 'CYC Collections' pages. These designs are exclusive to CYC and can be custom-made to fit you exactly. You also have the added option of using any of our other available fabrics in place of the fabric seen in the collection.
If you are not able to visit us in Singapore and have never had us tailor a shirt for you before, you can also purchase any of the featured designs in standard sizes. |

How do I care for my CYC shirts?
|
| All of CYC’s shirts are machine washable. Do check out our Shirt Care page for more instructions on caring and ironing your CYC custom made shirts. Tip: Do not dry clean your shirts. |

| We are able to fit the shirt according to your needs, whether it be slim fit, regular fit or even loose fit. |

Yes. Tailor-made suits and vests for men are available in all of our shops.

| Yes, we have a selection of special shirt and suit styles just for your wedding day. Our latest wedding collection can be viewed on our Facebook page. |

How much does a CYC custom-made suit cost? |
| CYC custom-made suits start from S$680 for mixed-wool fabrics and from S$920 for pure wool fabrics. |

| Are you able to duplicate the fit if I bring in my own shirt? |
Yes, just bring the shirt in when you visit any one of our stores and we will be able to duplicate the fit for you. |

| I have ordered from CYC The Custom Shop before, do you still have my measurements on file? |
| Yes. We keep all our clients measurements on file. If you'd like to order more shirts, trousers or suits, you can easily place a new order by email (sales@cyccustomshop.com) or over the phone. |

| Does CYC sell accessories? |
| Yes, we carry a range of cufflinks, silk knots, ties, belts, bow ties and cummerbunds in all our stores. |

Do all 3 CYC stores carry the same fabrics? |
| Yes, all 3 of our stores carry our full range of shirting and suiting fabrics. |

| Can I return or exchange my garment? |
| As all our garments are manufactured to the specifications of the customer, returns or exchanges are not allowed. |

Delivery |
|
| Can my completed shirts, trousers or suits be delivered? |
Deliveries within Singapore are charged at S$20 per order. If you order 6 or more shirts / trousers / jackets, delivery is free. Please note that free delivery is only available Monday - Friday. Deliveries made on weekends will be charged at S$20 per order irrespective of the number of items ordered.
For overseas delivery, the charge is dependent on the number of shirts / trousers / jackets ordered and the country of delivery. |

| Will I have to pay additional taxes or tariffs if I order from overseas?
|
| Some countries charge taxes or other shipping charges on imported packages. We recommend checking with your local customs office for these charges before placing your order.
Since these types of taxes and charges are subject to change at any time (and often change from day to day), we cannot incorporate these charges into the shipping charge at payment. |

| Are there any handling fees for clearing customs? |
| If your package should, for whatever reason, not be exempted from customs, then there is a chance that the local authorities will ask for handling fees to process the paperwork for clearing customs. For procedures on this, please check with your local customs office. The customer is always responsible for any possible taxes and duties. |
